I am a certified life transition coach who is passionate about helping people live the most full life they possibly can.  My background in mental health, personal training and nutrition has taught me that the path to a healthy life is focusing on all areas of wellness with intention and care. I am committed to helping others navigate life’s transitions by making the most of their strengths, creating a balanced and healthy life.

As an athlete, I have been through the transition of retiring from the sport I love after college, dealing with chronic illness, finding a new sport and suffering a catastrophic injury, and finally finding a fulfilling path as a middle aged (and still fierce) athlete. I know first hand the struggles that these transitions can cause and  the value of a good support system to help you navigate though them.  

I believe that we all have the answers within us and that my job as a coach is to walk with you and help you on your journey to uncovering those answers.  I will collaborate with you, ask the hard questions, and provide support for you in dealing with the changes and challenges life can bring. I believe in coaching that focuses on your strengths and builds upon those in an honest, non-judgmental, and empathic environment. I understand and value the uniqueness of us all and want to harness the potential in those I work with to help them experience success.   I will push you out of your comfort zone because my ultimate goal is to create a safe space in which clients can take healthy risks that will result in personal growth, being your best self and living your best life.
